What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in from 14:00, check-out before 12:00. Early check-in/late check-out fees beyond that are still pending hotel confirmation.

Do I need an account to book?

No. You can book directly without creating an account.

Is my booking confirmed instantly?

Right now the site isn't connected to a live PMS or payment gateway, so every request is set to “Pending hotel confirmation”. We'll follow up via the email/phone you provide.

How do I look up my booking?

Go to “Manage Booking” and enter your booking reference plus the email used when booking, for verification.

What's the cancellation and refund policy?

Cancel 7+ days before check-in: free. Cancel within 3 days or no-show: a fee equal to 100% of the first night's rate. See the Policies page for details — some specific cases are still pending hotel sign-off.
